Greetham Gilbert's second branch is open at 232 Park View under manager Isabella Stewart, waiving sales fees for its first 25 qualifying sellers.

A Newcastle estate agency has opened its first branch outside Jesmond, at 232 Park View in Whitley Bay.

Greetham Gilbert lists the new office alongside its Osborne Road head office on its own website, with a dedicated branch line on 0191 429 9955 and the email address whitley.bay@greethamgilbert.co.uk. The office covers sales, lettings and property management.

Isabella Stewart runs the branch. The firm’s team page names her as branch manager for Whitley Bay, working under founders Simon Greetham, Roger Gilbert and Louise Greetham.

The company is young. Greetham Gilbert Ltd was incorporated on 8 June 2023, with its registered office at 25 Osborne Road, Jesmond. Whitley Bay is its first expansion beyond that base.

The opening offer

To mark the opening, the firm is running a promotion for local sellers and landlords, published on its offers page:

  • The first 25 qualifying property sales pay no Greetham Gilbert sales fee.
  • The first 25 qualifying landlords get a free lettings fee on its Fully Managed service.

The small print matters. A qualifying sale must be a new instruction on a sole agency basis for at least three months, and the firm says the offer is for a limited time and subject to eligibility. Read the full terms on the offers page before signing anything.

What it means for you

  • Selling or letting soon? A fee-free opening offer is worth weighing against quotes from the established Park View and Whitley Road agents, but compare the sole agency tie-in against your own timetable first.
  • Watching the market? A new branch opening is a bet on coastal demand. North Tyneside’s average price rose 6.0% in the year to June 2026, to £203,813, on Land Registry figures; our house prices page tracks the numbers, and our June report has the full breakdown by property type.
  • Park View’s trading mix keeps shifting; our local business directory lists who is on the street now.
